I started coaching because I wanted to change the way people see CrossFit — not just as a tough workout, but as a place where you can move well, feel supported, and have a bit of fun along the way. For me, it’s not only about helping you improve your technique, it’s about creating an environment where you feel confident and connected.What I love most is building those real relationships in class — sharing some banter, encouraging you when things feel heavy (literally or mentally!), and making sure you walk out feeling proud of what you achieved. Not every day is going to be your best, but I truly believe we can make every training session feel worthwhile by focusing on what you can do and celebrating that.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger, and know that you’ve got someone in your corner who genuinely cares about your journey.

🔸 10+ Years CrossFit ExperienceI’ve been involved in CrossFit & CrossFit Muswellbrook for 10+ years. As a coach I get to guide people to build strength, power and teach them new body movement skills. I enjoy coaching people the technical details of weightlifting and gymnastics. I get to witness the progressions of someone finally nailing a clean and jerk they've been working on or see the quiet focus as they master a new handstand push-up progression. Everything we do can be adjusted and scaled to suit the individual. Myself included, it’s just about showing up at the beginning or end of a long day, follow the program with others or do your own thing.

I began my CrossFit journey in 2017, back when I was a small girl with small arms who thought running was fun (gag). I quickly fell in love with the diverse training CrossFit offers, and this passion drove me to complete my Cert IV in Personal Training in 2020 and my CrossFit Level 1 in early 2021. Currently, I’m working towards certification as a running coach.
As a coach, I have a strong focus on technical precision, but my approach goes beyond just technique. I’m passionate about helping people find their way in fitness, guiding them to discover their confidence and embrace their strength. CrossFit has transformed my life holistically, impacting not only my physical fitness but also my approach to nutrition and mental resilience. The CrossFit community has been there for me on my toughest days, and I’m grateful to give back as a coach.
My goal is to help others fall in love with fitness as I did, creating a positive impact and supporting them on their journey to a healthier, happier life. -

I’ve been doing CrossFit for around 15 years now (you’d think I’d have nailed my handstands by now!). I hold a Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness and my highest CrossFit qualification is as an L2 Coach. I’ve been coaching for about 12 years, and what I love most is watching the transformation CrossFit gives people.When someone first walks through the door, they often see themselves as just an ordinary person. Over time, with consistency and confidence, they transform into absolute weapons. My biggest reminder to everyone is this: don’t compare yourself to others—look back at how far you’ve come and be proud of the progress you’ve made.
